The Chelsea

Inspired by the panache and lifestyle of New York, construction of The Chelsea Bowen Hills is now underway with only 17 apartments left for sale.

The project will be surrounded by a range of landmarks including the RNA Showgrounds and the old Queensland Museum as well as having access to a range of new and planned transport infrastructure including Bowen Hills train station and the Clem7 tunnel.

The Chelsea is a joint venture between Metro and the Australian property arm of the diversified, New Delhi-based group Pearls Global, and comprises 195 apartments across two separate towers, linked by communal recreation areas.
