Water Street

Metro’s Water Street is a proposed $400 million, multi-staged residential project located in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

The 1.2 hectare site is adjacent to the $2.9 billion RNA Showgrounds redevelopment, and a short stroll to the Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley dining and entertainment precinct.

Providing a diverse mixture of apartment types, interspersed with retail and commercial operations, the Water Street project will offer village atmosphere and amenity within the heart of inner-city Brisbane.

Stage 1 DA is due to be lodged by 30 November 2011.

Launching in mid-2012, further details will be released as the project progresses.
