Metro have recently acquired a 2271sq m site on the corner of Russell and Manning streets, South Brisbane, for $8.5million. The large parcel of land has been earmarked for a $75 million, 168-apartment residential project.

Located within walking distance to some of Brisbane’s most cosmopolitan lifestyle precincts at South Bank and West End.

DA approved December 2011. The Plaza, South Brisbane features 168 apartments plus retail/commercial amenity.

The exciting new project will provide a high-quality and affordable entry into the South Brisbane market.
