Luke Hartman

Luke Hartman’s modern vision and fresh energy is the driving force behind Metro’s planned ascension to the top of Australia’s property development industry. Luke’s in-depth knowledge of the Victorian and Queensland property industries combined with his passion for project development has led the young CEO to this current position.

Previously, as the National General Manager Housing and Land for Devine Limited, Luke was responsible for all land acquisitions, sub-divisions, sales and marketing. He was responsible for the delivery of more than 2000 lots each year, as well as the construction of 1200 houses.

He is also a former Victorian and Queensland General Manager for Devine Limited and an employee of a major Australian developer where he worked on large projects including the Olympic Village in Sydney.

Luke has a bachelor degree of Applied Science (Land Economics).
